Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends and competition.

4. Utilize system generated reports to target customers who have cancelled to regain their business.
5. Handles customer cancelation calls in a proactive approach to improve retention statistics.
6. Educates all potential customers on products and services available.
7. Track all sales activities through WeSuite or any other means as directed.
8. Prepares and presents proposals based on solutions offered to customers.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or a GED; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Goal oriented professional with strong work ethic. Ability to effectively present information to top management, potential customers, and any other as assigned. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Sedona I & II certifications. Must be able to type proficiently and have working knowledge of MS Office products. Professional mannerism and phone voice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary customer services skills. Must read and speak English. Bi-lingual, Spanish preferred. Complies with all applicable safety, environment, health and waste management policies and procedures. U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Fire Sprinkler Inspector (Ogden, Utah)Our growing inspection department is looking for a qualified sprinkler inspector. Applicant should have a Utah State Fire Sprinkler I license, NICET Level I in Inspection Testing and Maintenance of water based sprinkler systems, with minimum of 1 years inspection experience. ABPA or ASSE backflow certification requested but not required. Other fire alarm experience welcome.
Additional work performed requires the ability to make small repairs, and small expansions to existing systems. Applicants must have a clean driving record, pass a background check.
